Saptamana 3 de alimentatie diversificata

Piureul de legume:

  • se pun la fiert legumele (morcov, telina, pastarnac, patrunjel,cartof, dovlecel, ceapa, broccoli, conopida, frunza de salata, spanac, pastai de fasole verde) la foc potrivit acoperite cu apa cat sa depaseasca cu o palma legumele.
  • se fierb 1-2 ore acoperite.
  • in primele zile, se paseaza numai morcovul si albitura si se amesteca cu supa de legume pana ce se formeaza ca o pasta.
  • se administreaza in 1 zi 20ml, ziua 2-40ml, ziua 3-60ml.
  • dupa 3 zile, se va face alta supa si se adauga treptat si celelalte legume.
  • piureul de legume, va inlocui masa de la ora 14.
